Hello,
As drawn above on your webpage the phase splitter in the EL34 amplifier would not work. The 6FQ7 lowest in the drawing has an earthed grid (as far as audio is concerned) and the cathode is earthed through 100Kohms, so it has no signal input. The amplifier will still operate but at a lower power as one EL34 is not driven. My guess is that the cathodes of the two 6FQ7 sections should be linked.
